Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate various class sizes, ensuring fair and flexible options for educators. We offer specific price bands based on the range of students in a class. *Note: If your class size is slightly over the designated price band (e.g., by 1 or 2 students), you are not required to upgrade to the next price band. We understand and allow for minor variations in class sizes to ensure a seamless experience for our valued educators.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. While we typically do not provide refunds for digital products, we do consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you have made a purchase in error or believe you qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with your request.

Please note the following guidelines regarding our refund policy:

1. Time Limit for Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Usage Duration: Refunds will not be granted if the program has been actively used for more than 30 days.
3. Monthly Subscriptions: Our monthly subscription plan does not qualify for a refund. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Purchase Order (PO): If you prefer to pay via purchase order, please fill in the provided form with the necessary details. Once received, we will promptly issue an invoice for payment. You can settle the invoice either by check or credit card, as specified in the invoice.

Parents, please ensure your child’s teacher or school is not already using the Viziscience eLearning course before subscribing to it for your child. Our courses are designed to align with the teacher’s curriculum and pacing, so we want to make sure that your child has a cohesive learning experience. Alternatively, we invite you to recommend our curriculum to your child’s school for their consideration. When a school subscribes to our curriculum, it benefits the entire student body. Classmates can engage in collaborative learning, foster teamwork, and share a cohesive educational journey.
