*Note: If your class size is slightly over the designated price band (e.g., by 1 or 2 students), you are not required to upgrade to the next price band. We understand and allow for minor variations in class sizes to ensure a seamless experience for our valued educators.

Can parents buy the course for their own child?

Parents, before subscribing to the Viziscience eLearning course for your child, please check if your child’s teacher or school is already using our platform. Our courses are designed to align with the school curriculum and pacing, providing a cohesive learning experience.

If your child’s school does not currently use Viziscience, we highly encourage you to subscribe to our package to support your child’s education. Many students struggle with AP Chemistry due to limited instructional time in school. Our course is designed to provide comprehensive support, ensuring your child does not miss out on essential learning opportunities.

• Supplemental Support: Our course offers additional resources and explanations to reinforce what is taught in school, helping your child grasp complex concepts more effectively.
• Flexible Learning: For students with busy schedules, Viziscience provides the flexibility to learn at their own pace, without the need for extra hours after school or tuition.
• Comprehensive Coverage: Everything needed for a strong start and continued success in AP Chemistry is included in our course, from detailed lessons to interactive activities.
• Affordable Options: You can choose the single-user package for $25/month with no commitment, allowing your child to access all our resources and support.
• Teacher License: Alternatively, you can opt for a single Teacher license for either the General Chemistry or AP Chemistry course. This option is ideal for parents who want their kids to have full access to a structured, teacher-like curriculum.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. While we typically do not provide refunds for digital products, we do consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you have made a purchase in error or believe you qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with your request.

Please note the following guidelines regarding our refund policy:

• Free Demo and Access Review: If you have received a free demo and had the opportunity to review our units before purchasing, refunds will not be provided.
• Time Limit for Refunds: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Usage Duration: Refunds will not be granted if the program has been actively used for more than 14 days.
• Monthly Subscriptions: Our monthly subscription plan does not qualify for a refund. However, you can cancel the subscription at any time to avoid future charges.

Purchase Order (PO): If you prefer to pay via purchase order, please fill in the provided form with the necessary details. Once received, we will promptly issue an invoice for payment. You can settle the invoice either by check or credit card, as specified in the invoice.
